Calibrate measuring systems on siteStandard-compliant according to IATF- 16949 The economic QPT way, as per Chapter 7.1.5.3.1. Internal laboratories IATF 16949:2016 is the industry standard in the automotive industry for quality management systems around the world. IATF 16949:2016 goes back to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and also defines additional specific requirements for the automotive industry and its suppliers. Here you will also find it noted that measuring equipment hast to be recalibrated by a DAkkS calibration laboratory. Now the question is: What do you do with measuring systems that cannot be sent to a DAkkS calibration laboratory? For example, the following measuring systems: contour measurement devices, thread-measuring devices, form- and position-measuring devices (roundness measuring device), roughness-depth measuring devices, 3D measuring machines, length-measuring devices, profile projectors…. One solution is the procedure referred to in Chapter 7.1.5.3.1. Internal laboratories. The QPT has taken this point into account and prepared a procedure for the recalibration of measuring systems on site in compliance with the IATF 16949 standard. Advantages for the customer: Traceable documentation, available at any time on the QPT web server Considerably more cost-effective, as no DAkkS certification is necessary Expansion of system knowledge of employees on site DOWNLOAD: DakkS_Strichmaßstab-300mm-464-D-K-15007-01-00-2024-01 DAkkS_Vergrößerungsnormal-Flick-13619-D-K-15007-01-00-2017-11 DAkkS_Prüfzylinder 13617-D-K-15007-01-00-2017-11 DAkkS_KRN60 #201332 17034_D-K-15151-01-00_2017-10 DAkkS_CN181 #328 3734_D-K-17059-02-00_2017-07 DAkkS_Endmaßsatz Kermaik A748-D-K-19581-01-00-2017-12 Find out more by getting in touch with us!
